FIELD: washing fabric; production of detergents. SUBSTANCE: detergent composition comprises, mas.%; polyhydroxyamide of fatty acid having formula I R<SP>2</SP>-CO-N-(R<SP>1</SP>) (Z), 1-50; alkyl sulfate, 1-50; foam quenching agent, 0.01-5.00; additives, up to 100. Mass ratio of compound having formula I and alkyl sulfate is (6:1)-(1:6). In mentioned above formula I R is hydrogen, (C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>4</SB>) hydrocarbon, 2-hydroxyethyl, 2-hydroxypropyl or mixture thereof; R is C<SB>5</SB>-C<SB>31</SB> hydrocarbon; Z is polyhydroxy hydrocarbon which comprises hydrocarbon chain with at least 3 hydroxy groups or its alkoxy derivative. Method for washing fabric is carried out with the help of proposed composition, washing is carried out without foaming. Invention also deals with washing particles which comprise polyhydroxyamide having formula I (its quantity being 5-50 %) and alkyl sulfate surfactant (its quantity being 50-95 %) and solubilization agent. Quantity of solubilization agent is up to 30 % of summary amount of polyhydroxyamide and surfactant.
