APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING BREWER'S WORT

FIELD: brewer's wort producing equipment used in microbrewing plants in public catering enterprises. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has tank for producing hot water, mash tank, cooking boiler, filtering tank and hydraulic cyclone-type clarifying tank. Mixers are mounted in mash tank and cooking boiler. Ripper is arranged in filtering tank above sieve. Heat-carrier jackets are mounted on filtering tank housing and hydraulic cyclone-type clarifying tank. Process vessels are made in the form of sleeves mounted in rotary table and alternatively connected by means of radial bandage to stationary hood connected with cooking boiler and hot water producing tank. EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing for combined brewer's wort production processes at one working position, simplified construction and increased compactness of apparatus. 4 dwg
