An electronic apparatus which writes information into a storage device which includes directory and data parts. The apparatus has retrieval means for retrieving file names from the directory part and control means which checks a retrieved file name to see whether information is terminated improperly in the data portion corresponding to the file name; and if the data is not terminated normally, the control means prohibits the writing of new information in that data part. |
