PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversible thermal recording medium which is visibly recognizable clearly and is capable of using a variety of background colors. SOLUTION: This reversible thermal recording medium has a thermosensitive layer which consists of a resin matrix and an organic low molecular substance dispersed in the former as principal constituents and shows a reversibly changing transparency depending upon a temperature, formed on a support. In addition, a protecting layer and an intermediate layer are properly formed on the thermosensitive layer, the support, its lower face and between the layers according to necessity. In this case, a fluorescent substance which is excited by a visible light and emits a light by the visible light is added to the support, the thermosensitive layer and, if necessary, part or the entirety of each of the layers which are properly provided. |
