PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase holding force of a clip and easily connected a male member by forming a guide surface in which a restraining pawl formed on a clip inner peripheral surface is abutted on an annular projecting part to be gradually enlarged inward. SOLUTION: When an insertion tip part 31 of a male member 30 is inserted into a receiving hole 12 from one end of a female member 1, the annular projecting part 31a of the insertion tip part 31 is abutted on the guide surfaces 23a, 23a of a pair of restraining pawls 23, 23 at first. When the insertion tip part 31 is further compulsorily inserted, the tip part 31 passes by expanding a main body 21 in diameter and spreading the restraining pawls 23, 23 radially outward. Therefore, the restraining pawls 23, 23 are snap-engaged to the back of the annular projecting part 31a of the male member 30 with one operation and the male member 30 and the female member 1 can be connected. At this time, because the guide surface 23a of the restraining pawl 23 provided on a C-shaped clip 20 is formed to be gradually enlarged inward, the annular projecting part 31a is capable of reducing frictional resistance energy till the projecting part 31a passes the restraining pawls 23, 23, and maintaining connection holding force of the male member 30 and the female member 1 in the same way as a conventional way. |
