PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the information terminal to cope immediately with an emergent phone call by depressing a pushbutton provided to a flip while the flip is closed so as to send a control signal via a touch panel resulting in activating a telephone function thereby making a phone call while the flip is left closed. SOLUTION: A transparent member 4 is formed to part of a flip 3 so that part of display of a liquid crystal display section is confirmed while the flip 3 is closed. Each pushbutton 5 being a numeral key is penetrated through the flip 3 and when the pushbutton is depressed while the flip 3 is closed, a projection of each pushbutton depresses a touch panel on the surface of the liquid crystal display section. In the case of making a dialing, at first a power switch is closed and the numeral keys are used to depress a destination telephone number and to enter the dial number while the flip 3 is closed, the destination telephone number is displayed and the display is confirmed through the transparent member 4. When the user confirms the display, the user depresses a dial key in function keys 6 and then dialing is attained. |
