PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a local seismic intensity information in real time by displaying the seismic intensity measured by a time-measuring means for measuring a current time and a seismic intensity measuring means for measuring a seismic intensity when an earthquake occurs on a seismic intensity display part and at the same time performing the alarm display control of the occurrence of the earthquake. SOLUTION: A power switch is turned on and a display control means 3 performs a clock display control at a clock display part 4A. When an operation confirmation switch and a contact switch are turned on, 'earthquake being monitored' appears momentarily, thus entering an earthquake-monitoring mode. When an earthquake occurs and an earthquake-measuring means 2 detects vibration, a signal passes through an A/D converter and the display control means 3 judges whether an earthquake occurred or not. Then, it obtains the seismic intensity when it judges that an earthquake occurred, outputs a display command signal to a seismic display part 4B when the vibration is equal to or more than a specific seismic intensity, and turns on an LED lamp. At the same time, it turns on 'earthquake occurred' display lamp in five steps of seismic intensity.
