PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a resonant sound by vibration of a hollow column and obtain silence of the inside of a building by using the hardened material of the kneaded material of cement, aggregate and water or the hardened material and the like of the kneaded material of a carbon powder and water as a filler with regard to a building filling an iron core with the filler. SOLUTION: Blocks 3 are stacked between columns 1 to build a wall 2 connected by a connection frame 4. The inside of the column is filled with a filler 5, and the hardened materials and the like of the kneaded material of cement, aggregate and water, the kneaded material of cement, soil and plant fiber, the kneaded material of carbon powder and water are used as the filler 5. One or two kinds of mixtures of Portland cement, jet cement, alumina cement and the like used as cement material, river sand, sea sand, mountain sand, expansion clay and the like are used as aggregate material, adding water is desired to useπwater containing an iron ion. Thereby when the column is filled with the filler, vibration can be prevented, and silence of the inside of a building is obtained since no resonant sound is generated.
