PHOTOSENSITIVE COLORED COMPOSITION FOR COLOR FILTER AND COLOR FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive colored composition for a color filter and the color filter by preparing an excellent photopolymerization initiator at least from a trihalomethyl-qunazoline derivative and an acetophenone derivative and using this phototpolymerization initiator for this photosensitive colored composition and forming the color filter by using this composition. SOLUTION: This photopolymerization initiator to be used for this colored photosensitive composition for the color filter is synthesized by reaction of 100 pts.wt. of the trihalomethyl-quinazoline derivative with 10-300 pts.wt., preferably, 50-150 pts.wt. of the acetophenone derivative. As this trihalomethylquinazoine derivative, the ones represented by the formula is especially useful. The free radicals generated by the initiator permit the photosensitive resin composition to be sufficiently photohardened and to form the color filter pattern in high sensitivity.
