PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire by which a vehicle can travel considerable distance continuously even when the tire is punctured while a vehicle is traveling. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire has a carcass 6 formed with three or more carcass plies 6A, 6B, 6C extending from a tread part 2 to a bead part 4 through a side wall part 3 and arranged a code in the radial direction and a belt layer 7 which comprises two belt plies 7A, 7B arranged outside the carcass 6. In this case, the tread part 2, by having a crown reinforcing rubber layer 9 inside the carcass ply 6C of most outside in the radial direction, the two carcass plies 6A, 6B are positioned on inside of the radial direction of the crown reinforcing rubber layer and also in the side wall part 3, the two carcass plies 6B, 6C are positioned at outside of the axial direction of a side reinforce rubber layer 10 by having the cross sectional substantially crescent side reinforcing rubber layer 10 on outside of the axial direction of the carcass ply 6A arranged at most inside of axial direction. |
