PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dessert which is industrially advantageously produced with simple equipment by previously gelatinizing and finely segmenting at least >=1 kinds of gelatinizable materials, packing the finely segmented gelatinous matter and the gelatinizable materials in a dissolved state different in the sp. gr. therefrom into a vessel and heating the mixture until the gelatinizable materials dissolve, then cooling the mixture. SOLUTION: Sugar, liquid sugar, juice, flesh, dyestuff, flavoring agents, etc., are incorporated into at least >=1 kinds of the gelatinizable materials (e.g.; agar, gelatin, carrageenin, pectin, mannan, xanthan gum. roast beam gum, etc.) and the mixture is gelatinized. Next, the mixture is finely segmented to a suitable size and the finely segment gelatinizable materials 5 are charged into a product vessel 6 (a), (b). Next, the gelatinizable materials 7 in the dissolved state different in the sp. gr. from the gelatinizable materials 5 are packed into the vessel 6 (c) and the mixture is heated until the gelatinizable materials 5 dissolve and thereafter, the mixture is cooled, by which the two-layered jelly-like dessert (d) is obtd. |
