FLUOROCARBON FLAT ELECTRODEPOSITION COATING COMPOSITION, ITS PRODUCTION AND ARTICLE COATED WITH THE COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorocarbon flat electrodeposition coating composition excellent in storage stability and capable of forming a flat electrodeposited film having a uniform gloss-unevenness-free surface and good corrosion resistance and weathering resistance. SOLUTION: This composition mainly consists of a silylated fluoro copolymer resin. The silylated fluoro copolymer resin is prepared by forming a fluoro copolymer resin containing carboxyl groups introduced by the copolymerization of a 5 C or higher unsaturated carboxylic acid and reacting the carboxyl groups of the resin with an epoxy silane compd. It is desirable that the fluoro copolymer resin to be silylated is mixed with an acrylic copolymer resin containing carboxyl groups introduced by the copolymerization of an unsaturated carboxylic acid.
