PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple vol. reducing compressor for a collection station capable of simply and certainly compressing a PET bottle to flatten the same. SOLUTION: The end part of the individual bottle 9 inserted from an upper insertion pipe 2 is received by the upper part of the gap between a pair of rollers consisting of the drive roller 5 and idle roller 6 arranged under the insertion pipe and, by rotating the operation wheel 4 attached on the extension of the shaft of the drive roller 5 by human power, the saw-tooth projections 8 arranged on the bodies of both rollers hook the end part of the PET bottle to allow the same to bite in the gap between both rollers and, by further rotating the operation wheel, the PET bottle is pressed under rotation from a side surface direction by both rollers by one-pass and to be allowed to fall to a lower housing box after rotary pressing. |
