PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an influence degree discriminating device and an influence degree discriminating method which automatically discriminate the influence which mutually applying between one condition group and other condition groups. SOLUTION: A storing part 13 stores a table on which condition groups that include a condition which is set about each item and a given value that is given by the conditions are arranged in a line unit in order of priority from the top. When one condition group is designated by using a mouse 11b, a discriminating means 15 compares conditions in each item between one condition group and other condition groups and discriminates influence (influence degree) which mutually applies between the one condition group and other condition groups based on the overlapping state of conditions in each item and the overlapping state of given values. The result that is discriminated by the part 15, e.g. is added a color corresponding to an influence degree to about each condition group of discrimination objects and shown on the screen of a CRT display device 14.
