PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a large vein grown around a strip not to be hurt, by connecting the strip end part by a detachable engaging means and placing an adjusting means to move the engaging means from the engaging position near the proximal end part. SOLUTION: This catheter is inserted into a patient in a sate support members 8, 9 are mutually separate, and a filter element 6 is place in a large vein and then the inner tube like element 5 is brought near the outer tube like element 3 to contact the strip 7 to the wall of the large vein 10. When a suppressing means 18 connected to the inner tube like element 44 is moved to the right to the support member 9, a space sufficient for the strip end part 16 to move in a state hidden from the attaching part 15 is made and, successively, the outer tube like main body is moved in the direction to approach the inner tube like mein body 5, the strip 7 can be detached from the attaching part 15 without applying extreme drawing force and the catheter 1 can be drawn out. |
