PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium resistant elastomer composition, in which an electric resistivity is medium (about 10<3> to about 10<13>Ωcm), the electric resistivity variation resulting from an environmental variation is little, hardness is low, no white void occurs at a black solid printing time. SOLUTION: Elastomer having an average particle diameter of 5μm, JIS A hardness degree of 25, volume specific resistance of 2×10<11>Ωcm, styrene- butadiene copolymer rubber, carbon black, stearic acid, a pug mill D40 are kneaded using a two-roller kneading machine. Next, the same is extrusion molded into a roller shape around a stainless steel-made core material of 10mmϕ×280mm, is heated for 30 minutes under a condition of 160 deg.C, and a roller outer peripheral face is ground, so as to obtain an elastomer roller of 18.5mmϕ×250mm. |
