PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering parts and material from a spent industrial product in which the parts and the material are effectively recovered and resources are effectively utilized by unitarily managing decomposition, classification and physical distribution of the spent industrial product. SOLUTION: In a decomposition and classification factory 60, the discrimination mark of a brought spent industrial product (automobile 70') is distinguished. Product information and parts information of the industrial product corresponding to the discrimination mark 71 and information relating to the decomposition and classification order of the industrial product are required from a second computer 30 of the decomposition and classification factory 40 to a first computer 20 of a manufacturing factory 10. Decomposition and classification are performed according to information relating to decomposition, classification and the order. Quality is inspected at every separated parts and material. Reutilizable parts and material are recovered and an incinerated object and an unincinerated object are classified from the nonreutilized parts and material. Furthermore material is recovered from the unincinerated object and information of reutilizable parts and material is stored in the second computer together with quality information at every parts and material. A consumer 60, information of necessary parts and material and its quality information are stored. Information between both sides is collated and the parts and material corresponding with the quality are offered to the consumer. |
