SOLUTION: A valve plate 14 is made by two layers structure by a main plate 31 formed a suction port 35 and a delivery port 37 and a rotary plate 32 arranged superimposedly and relative-turnably thereto. At the operation time by a minimum delivery capacity, the rotary plate 32 is relative-turned to the main plate 31 by the operation of a spool 40 and the suction port 35 or the delivery port 37 is closed and the suction or delivery of the refrigerant gas for a cylinder bore 12a is intercepted.
