SOLUTION: An electric surgical device ESU 40 contains a pencil 42 operated by a surgeon, a as supply device 44 and an electric surgery generator ESG 46, and the gas supply device 44 and the ESG 46 are connected to the pencil 42 by a flexible cord 48. Helium gas supplied from the gas supply device 44 is blown out to a living body tissue 62 as a flow of a laminar flow shape having directivity from a nozzle 52 of the pencil 42. At this time, electric energy supplied from the ESG 46 connected to a needle-like electrode 58 extending in the nozzle 52, is selected so as to have a prescribed characteristic sufficient to ionize gas flowing through the nozzle 52, and an ionizing passage is advanced up to the human body tissue 62, and a prescribed electrode surgical effect can be obtained. |
