PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermally molding multilayered film excellent in gas barrier properties, thermal moldability, dynamic characteristics and appearance, a thermally molded container and a resin compsn. suitable for them. SOLUTION: A multilayered film or sheet for thermal molding contains a resin compsn. layer consisting of 60-99wt.% of EVOH with ethylene content of 20-60mol% and a saponification value of 90% or more and 40-1wt.% of an ethylene/(meth)acrylic acid copolymer with acrylic acid content of 1-30mol % and having ethylene/(meth)acrylic acid copolymer particles dispersed in the EVOH matrix and the total thickness thereof is 50-300μm and the thickness of the resin compsn. is 3-50μm. At this time, it is pref. that the respective components in the resin compsn. have a specific dispersed form.
