PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily insert a flat wire into a given position in a housing so as to be locked via an insert port of the housing without requiring a dead space. SOLUTION: Ends 7a1 and 7b2 of respective contact parts 7a and 7b are relatively disposed with a distance d of a thickness t or less of an end 3a of a flat wire 3 to be inserted from an insert port 4 of a housing 2, an operation lever 10 is operated, an one-end side 7c1 of a contact part 7c is turned with a turning movement fulcrum P being the center, thereby the contact part 7b is rotationally moved with this fulcrum P being the center, thereby a distance between the ends 7a1 and 7b1 of the respective contact parts 7a and 7b is enabled for expansion operation to the thickness t or more. |
