A pattern 2 such as letter or design by an edible ink containing a material to be bonded to the dough 4 and coagulated is previously stuck to the inside of the container 1 and dried. The liquid dough 4 is housed in the container 1. In molding the dough 4, the pattern 2 is transferred and stuck to the surface of the food. The dough 4 is a protein or a starch to be coagulated by heating or a gelatinizing agent. The edible ink is a mixture of a material to be bonded to a dough material and to be coagulated and an edible dye for food. When the pattern 2 stuck to the inside of the container 1 is dried, the drying is carried out by drying. When the dough 4 is coagulated and molded, the dough 4 is heated before or after being housed in the container 4 and the container 4 is cooled before demolding.
