PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assort and recover steel cans and aluminum cans with a simple constitution by providing an attracting part facing the tip of a guide passage connected obliquely downward from an empty can throw-in opening, providing a guide plate continuously with the attracting part, and providing a magnet for changing the falling direction of the steel cans, inside the attracting part. SOLUTION: When an empty can C is put in a throw-in opening 4, the empty can C passes a guide passage 5 and falls on an attracting part 6a of a guide plate 6. In case of a steel can, the can C is attracted to a magnet 7 in the attracting part 6a and guided toward a separating part 6c. In this state, it is likely that the can C remains attracted to the magnet 7, but since acceleration caused by a fall is generated to the can C, and the distance among the separating part 6c, the can C and the magnet 7 is gradually enlarged, the can C is detached from the attracting force of the magnet 7 and falls into a classification box 2 for steel cans. In case of an aluminum can, the can C is not influenced at all by the attracting force of the magnet 7, so that the can C follows the inclining direction of the guide passage 5 and falls into a assortment box for aluminum cans. |
