PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove various dusts such as coating material and paper dust from a doctor blade positively in virtue of the friction force of a polishing part by forming a projected step having an ascendant slop along the direction opposite to the rotational direction of a form cylinder on a polishing part secured on the surface of form material in the outer periphery of the form cylinder. SOLUTION: The polishing part 35 is raised into a substantial trapezoid in the outer periphery of a form cylinder 2 integral with foam material 5 by a spacer 33, and the polishing part 35 is formed with a projected step H having an ascendant slope 35a, an apex 35b and a descendant slope 35c along the direction (a') opposite to the rotational direction (a) of the form cylinder 2. Through the rotation of the form material 5 in the (a) direction integral with the form cylinder 2, while collecting various dusts D adhered on the surface of the form material 5 along with ink, a doctor blade 12 relatively rubs the surface of the form material 5 in the direction (a'). Thus, forces scraping off dusts D in (e) direction is generated by the friction force of polishing material 31, so that dusts D are positively removed from the doctor blade 12. |
