PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wasteful mandays in grinding and matching a work. SOLUTION: A work 12 is ground in a abrasive grain holding process to hold abrasive grains 13 on a first tool 10 by making the cylindrical or conical first tool 10 and a cylindrical or conical second tool 11 which is harder than the first tool 10 contact with each other and rotating them and pouring the abrasive grains 13 into a contact surface of the first tool 10 and the second toll 11 and a grinding process to make the first tool 10 contact with a work 12 and to rotate the first tool 10 or the work 12.
