MANUFACTURE AND POURING METHOD OF ULTRAFINE SUSPENSION TYPE CEMENT LIQUID, AND SYSTEM AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize the manufacturing of an ultrafine suspension type cement which can be poured in the ground and fissures in a rock or the like, by a method wherein a suspended state is produced by placing a cement and the water in a mixer, which are struck with cemented carbide grinding balls and travelled so as to grind cement particles to ones having a specified particle diameter. SOLUTION: A cement suspension is produced by mixing a cement with the water and put in a container 2, which contains cemented carbide grinding balls 8 and in which a rotary shaft 6 having a large number of round bars 7 provided at proper intervals to the axis line direction of the rotary shaft 6 and normal to the axis line of the rotary shaft 6 is installed so as to move and roll the grinding balls 8 furiously in order to grind the cement particles during their course falling from above to down for making the cement particle diameter finer. By subjecting the cement suspended in the water or the slurry-like cement to a production equipment of the special ultrafine suspension type cement liquid, an efficient grinding is realized, resulting in obtaining a suspension having the cement particle diameter of 50μm or less in a short period of time. The obtained cement liquid is poured in the ground or in the fissure in a base rock.
