PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an energy generation means correspond with an ink channel easily through a simple facility without requiring high accuracy alignment. SOLUTION: A plurality of electrothermal converters 102 are arranged at a constant pitch on a multilayer circuit board 101. A plurality of channel walls 107 are formed on a top plate 105 and ink channels 107a are arranged at a constant pitch when the multilayer circuit board 101 is bonded to the top plate 105. The ink channels 107a and the electrothermal converters 102 are arranged to satisfy the relationships PN=n×PH (n is an integer larger than 1) and 0< dW<=PH-dH, where PN is the pitch of the ink channels 107a, dW is the width of the channel wall 107 at a part abutting against the integrated circuit board 101, PH is the pitch of the electrothermal converter 102 and dH is the width thereof in the arranging direction. |
