PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new polynucleotide useful for curing or diagnosing, etc., of virus infection such as atherosclerosis, atheromatous inflammation and AIDS, comprising polynucleotide coding G-protein bond receptor having a specific amino acid sequence. SOLUTION: This new isolated polynucleotide contains a member selected from a group of (A) a polynucleotide having at least 70% of identity to polynucleotide coding polypeptide containing amino acids 1-339 of the formula, (B) a polynucleotide coding the amino acid same as the amino acid of the formula by a degeneracy of genetic codes, (C) a polynucleotide complementary to the component A or B and (D) a polynucleotide containing at least 15 pieces of continuous bases of the components A, B or C, and is useful for curing or diagnosing, etc., of virus infection such as atherosclerosis, atheromatous inflammation, AIDS, etc., by coding G-protein bond receptor HLTEX11. |
