<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the volume of a plastic bottle to reduce the waste quantity and heighten the efficiency of the specific gravity-separation process for the recycle system, by providing fitting protrusions at arbitrary positions of the inner wall from the lower part of the bottle opening to the bottle bottom and providing fitting recesses at the contact positions of the opposite face when the fitting protrusions are pressurized to squash the bottle. SOLUTION: When plastic bottles 1 which can be squashed by the grisping power of an ordinary person, is disposed, caps having different qualities from the bottles are removed from the used bottles 1 and separately treated. The fitting protrusions 3 are forcibly inserted in the fitting recesses 4 while compressing the bottle and fitted therein. In this time, since the fitting protrusions 3 are larger by 0-0.2mm than the hole diameter of the recesses 4, a certain force is required when inserting the protrusions but they do not easily slip off. In this way, the volume of the bottle is remarkably reduced and labels having different qualities from the bottle heave from the bottles because the volume of the bottles is greatly reduced and hence, they can be easily peeled off.</p> |
