PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress repeated changeover operation of transmission ranges by providing an electric range changeover command sensing means, providing a transmission determination means for determining execution ability of transmission, and prohibiting changeover when it is impossible to execute. SOLUTION: When D range setting is determined, it is determined whether cut controlling or cut-off controlling is executed. When it is determined YES, transmission generation or not is determined. When it is determined YES, whether overrunning of an engine occurs or not is determined. When no overrunning of the engine is determined, whether downshifting prohibition is effected by a vehicular stabilizing controlling system is effected or not is determined. When it is determined YES, changeover of transmission ranges is prohibited. It is possible to reduce number of changeover of transmission ranges by electric operation. |
