PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn into a sheet at high productivity without trouble of removal and recovering of an organic solvent by a method wherein a resin having a low-moldability is turned into an easy molding state by dissolving a gas, which is under a gas state at normal temperature and normal pressure, in the low- moldability resin and then preformed in a sheet, within which bubbles are retained, and finally pressurized to a shape having a specified thickness. SOLUTION: By exposing a high pressure gas fed from a gas cylinder 2 to a low-moldability resin 3 in an autoclave 1 for a predetermined period of time, the gas is dissolved in the resin. As a result, the hard molding resin 3, which is brought to an easy molding state, is fed through the hopper 41 of an extruder 4 in a cylinder 42 and then kneaded with a screw. Further, at the same time, a high pressure gas is fed through a vent hole 43 provided in the midway of the cylinder 42. As a result, a fully melted low-moldability resin 3 is extruded from a mold into a sheet so as to form a preformed body 6. Next, the preformed body 6 is pressed with a belt-roll type pressing device 7 consisting of a press belt 71 and press rolls 72 under the condition being held in the plastic deformation temperature range of the preformed body 6. |
