PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the enriched eggs by breeding poultry with poultry feed added with sesame lignan materials and vitamins E. SOLUTION: The enriched eggs are obtd. by breeding the poultry (e.g.; breedable birds including chicken, Japanese quails, silky fowls, geese, ducks, etc.) with the poultry feed formed by adding the sesame lignan materials (e.g.; sesamine, episesamine, diasesamine, sesamolin, sesagolin, sesamolinol, sesaminol, pinoresinol and synpreoxide aglycon) at 1 to 100,000mg per 1kg feed and the vitamins E (e.g.; α-tocopherol, dl-α-tocopheryl acetate, β-tocopherol, γ-tocopherol and δ-tocopherol) at 30 to 3000mg per 1kg feed. |
