<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a long power cable without loosening and to improve the winding accuracy of an insulating tape, by moving only a mounting stage, whose distance interval to a tape winding means becomes less than the specified value, to an evacuating position, and controlling a mounting-stage moving means so that another mounting stage is kept at a cable holding position. SOLUTION: When the distance interval to holding mechanisms 16A-16D located at the closest position at the front side of the running direction of a winding head device 20 reaches the close position less than the specified distance interval, a front-side optical sensor OS1 reaches the facing position with a front-side reflecting plate R1 provided at a mounting stage 26, and the detected signal is outputted from the optical sensor OS1. A winding operation controller 24, which has received this detected signal, submerges the cylinder rods of air cylinders (mounting-stage moving means) 16b of the holding mechansims 16A-16D at the proximity of the winding head device 20. A mounting stage 16a is lowered and evacuated from the passing space region of the winding head device 20. The air cylinder 16b is controlled so that the other mounting cable 16a is kept at the cable holding position.</p> |
