<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-dimensional array radiation detector for improving the accuracy for shielding X rays in slice and channel directions, preventing the error in an X-ray aperture area, and preventing any artifact from occurring. SOLUTION: Pillar-shaped parts 2 are aligned in a stripe shape vertically and horizontally with a specific interval, and a groove part 3 is formed between the pillar-shaped parts 2. A wire 4 is extended between the groove part 3 and an opposing groove part 3, and an X-ray detection element 5 is arranged at a square formed by the wire 4 that is extended vertically and horizontally. The X-ray detection element 5 is screened by the wire 4, thus preventing warpage or distortion from being generated easily and improving the accuracy for shielding X rays in slice and channel directions.</p> |
