PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain the subject material capable of being simultaneously subjected to polymerization reaction and made into a composite material, by making a specific growth end or an initiator exist and then adding a monomer. SOLUTION: At least two or more of growth ends or initiators having anionic polymerization initiation ability, different in relative reactivity, are made to exist and then a monomer is added to produce a polymer composite material composed of two or more polymers of the formula (A is a cyclic conjugated diene-based monomer unit, B is a chain conjugated diene-based monomer unit, C is a vinyl aromatic monomer unit, D is a polar monomer unit and E is any monomer unit of ethylene and anα-olefin-based monomer unit; a+b+c+d+e=100, 0<=a, b, c, d, e<=100).
