PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust such as of a coating material and paper dust from accumulating between a form plate and a doctor blade by providing a drive source which is driven to rotate at a relative speed with a plate cylinder and a dust removing blade for scraping off the dust sticking to the surface of an ink roll combined with a dust removing function. SOLUTION: The wiping layer 32a of an ink roll 32 combined with a dust removing function which is moistened by an ink 7 in an ink pan 10 is brought into contact with the surface of a form plate 5 under an appropriate pressure and is rotated in a (g) direction. Therefore, various kinds of dust D such as of a coating material and paper dust sticking to the surface of the form plate 5 are wiped off the surface of the form plate 5 by the wiping layer 32 of the ink roll 32 combined with a dust removing function and are sucked by the wiping layer 32a. Further the dust D is removed from the surface of the form plate 5 by the ink roll 32 combined with a dust removing function before a doctor blade 12. In addition, the dust D sucked into the wiping layer 32a of the ink roll 32 is scraped off the wiping layer 32a by a dust removing blade 37 and finally is recovered. |
