PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately set the interactive bonding strength, avoid a breakage at the time of fitting, and at the same time, facilitate the breaking at the time of removal by a method wherein for a skirt wall which is injection-molded in order, of two different kinds of materials, the materials of first and second parts, and the area for the bonding surfaces are appropriately set. SOLUTION: A first part 34 is injection-molded of specified synthetic resin materials using a molding die, and then a second part 36 is inserted in the molding die as a core and injection-molded of other specified synthetic resin materials, and a container lid main body 4 is formed. In this case, the synthetic resin material to form the first part 34, and the synthetic resin materials to form the second part 36 are appropriately selected, and the bonding strength between both parts, is set at a specified value. Or, the area of the bonding surface between the first part 34 and the second part 36 is appropriately set, or an injection-molding resin temperature when the second part 36 is injection- molded, or the temperature of the first part 34 which is already formed, is appropriately set, and by doing so, the bonding strength between both parts, is set at the specified value. |
