PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out smooth and highly precise ultrasonic actuator operation with a simple structure even in the case the driving force is increased by arranging a plurality of ultrasonic actuators in the same direction. SOLUTION: A plurality of ultrasonic actuators 1-a, 1-b are arranged in the same direction. Electricity application controlling apparatuses 6-a to apply high frequency voltage to the ultrasonic actuators 1-a, 1-b are installed. The electricity application controlling apparatuses 6-a separately send out resonant frequency signals or non-resonant signals and control driving and non-driving of an object body 2 to be driven by the ultrasonic actuators 1-a, 1-b, respectively. |
