PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor unit which has a water-cooled resistor connected with the main cooling water pipe in one body, can be reduced in size, and can reduce the number of parts. SOLUTION: A semiconductor unit is provided with a semiconductor stack composed of a semiconductor element 1 and a water-cooled heat sink 2 which cools the elements 1 and a main cooling water pipe 6 which is required for supplying cooling water. The cooling water is supplied to the heat sink 2 from the pipe 6 through a branch pipe 7. A resistor 9 which is to be cooled with the cooling water is electrically connected to the element 1 and the terminal of the resistor 9, and the pipe 6 is constituted so that a conductor of copper, etc., can be wound around the pipe 6 with an electrical insulating film in between. |
