PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost by using an inexpensive pump low in delivery pressure. SOLUTION: A sprayer 2 is composed of a cylinder 41 (rotating part), a water receiving groove 42 (liq. receiving part) formed at the inner lower end of the cylinder 41 and a water discharge port 44 (discharge part). The water jetted from the water discharge port 44 is sprinkled by a water diffuser sheet 45, etc., and dropped into the groove 42 in this sprayer 2. The water is sent up along the inner wall surface by the torque of the rotating cylinder 41 and jetted outward from a small hole 51 as a foggy water (fine water droplet). Since water is sprinkled by the torque of the rotor 41 in this sprayer 2, water is sufficiently sprayed even if the delivery pressure of the pump is low as compared with the case when water is directly sprinkled by the water delivery force of a pump, for example. Accordingly, an inexpensive pump is used, and the cost is reduced. |
