PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter unit of an air conditioner that is hard to receive any influence of external vibrations, no requirement for filter mounting accuracy, good enough in the detecting accuracy of filter clogging, and simple in structure, compact in size and lighter in weight, besides being advantageous from the standpoint of low-unit manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In this air conditioner, a filter unit 17 consisting of a filter body 19 and a frame body 18 holding this filter body 19 is attached to the front or rear of a heat exchanger 15 installed in a case 14 constituting a blast passage free of detachment from the case 14. In this case, a differential pressure detector 20 detecting a pressure difference between both the upstream and downstream sides of the filter body 19 being caused by the clogging of this filter body 19 is built in the frame body 18. |
