PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrocoating antiorrosion method with shop-primer plate to save required time for coating and hold down coating cost as well as to minimize coating surface for electrcoating. SOLUTION: After straight manufacture of a marine floating structure with steel plate 2a which surface is coated with preliminary enticorrosive shop-primer layer 2b, ballast water is introduced so as to dip the shop-primer layer 2b of the marine floating structure, and then, through the ballast water S, electrocoating is executed on the part H noncoated with shop-primer layer of the plate 2a. After the launching of the marine floating structure, further cathode protection treatment under the sacrificial anode system is applied to execute anticorrosion of dissolved missed part of the shop-primer layer 2b and the electrocoating layer. |
