PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a seizure phenomenon that a living body tissue sticks to dipolar electric coagulating/incising parts on the arm tips of tweezers by embedding and arranging two perfusion tubes on the inside of both arms of dipolar electric coagulating/incising tweezers, and connecting them to two infusion lines connected to two perfusate sources. SOLUTION: Arms 2 and 3 have dipolar electric coagulating/incising parts 9 and 10 on the respective arm tips, and have grip parts 4 and 5 in an intermediate part. In the respective arms 2 and 3, surface parts 2a and 3a are coated with an electric insulating material except for the dipolar electric coagulating/ incising parts 9 and 10, and the respective arms 2 and 3 are joined together in a mutually insulated condition in a housing part 8 to which electrodes 6 and 7 are connected. Mutually and independently insulated two perfusion tubes 13 and 14 are embedded along grooves 11 and 12 formed on an inside surfaces of the respective arms 2 and 3. The rear ends of the respective perfusion tubes 13 and 14 are connected to insulated two perfusate connecting ports 15 and 16 in the housing part 8, and a perfusate can be successively sent to the respective perfusion tubes 13 and 14. |
