<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data recording/reproducing device capable of more effectively recording digital data without an error even when data retention causes. SOLUTION: At the time of recording, N-bit data are divided at least one and more M-bit data (M<=N, M is a divisor of N except 1), the divided M-bit data are converted into analog signals within the voltage range of the maximum and minimum reference voltage signals and are recorded in a nonvolatile analog memory 38 together with the maximum and minimum reference voltage signals. At the time of reproduction, the maximum and minimum reference voltage signals are read out together with the analog signal, the analog signal is converted into M-bit data within the voltage range of the maximum and minimum reference voltages and N-bit data (M<=N, M is a divisor of N except 1) are obtained by combining at least one of the M-bit data.</p> |
