The electromagnetic actuator has a principal magnetic circuit (4) made up of a number of magnetic poles and an electric coil. The section is circular, and there is a magnetic gap, inside which is placed a thin magnet (2,2'). There is an outer ring section (1) which is coaxial and through which the magnetic flux from the second magnet passes.
