The stroller has, on each side of it, foldable mechanisms (80) pivotally connecting the arm (101) of the handle, the back support (20), the rear support (40) and the front support (30). The foldable mechanisms comprise a connector (801), a locking member (81) and a receiving member (82) into a hole (822) of which a stepped protrusion (812) is received to form a catch. A switch to partially release the catch is provided on the handle. The position of the handle can be altered by releasing a driving element (120) by pulling it upwards via a traction element (110) to disengage recess a (121) from a pin (802) and then pivoting the handle to a set position. In order to release the catch it is necessary to press the switch and then to pull the protrusion (812) fully from the hole (822) via a plate (814).
