The attachment secures screws (5) in openings (7) in a housing (1). Each opening has a tubular elastomeric lining (10) that is connected to the opening. The diameter (25) of the lining is smaller than the diameter (4) of the screw. The lining may extend along the length of the opening and have a cone section that tapers from a diameter larger than the screw to a cylindrical section (24) that is narrower than the screw. Alternatively, the lining may only extend along a section (23) of the opening. The lining is formed in one piece with a seal (15) of the housing. The lining and the seal are connected together through a section (17). The lining is injected into the opening and is connected to the housing using vulcanization.
