<p>PURPOSE:To avoid the fault operation of the device having an information storage function by conducting delete/write of information in the power supply saving state. CONSTITUTION:When a photographer closes a switch 136, a sight function regulation processing flow is set, a system controller 124-1 sends a signal to a power supply circuit 127-1, and makes discrimination of power saving in a high voltage state. When the controller 124-1 discriminates the state not to be the power saving state, the controller 127-1 limits the drive of a recorder section 139, a drive circuit 111 for an image pickup element and a synchronizing signal generating circuit 110 not required for the regulation thereby saving the energy. The sight function is regulated and the information is stored in a storage element (not shown) in the system controller 124-1. Since the power of the power supply is enough not in the power saving state and the information is deleted and written in the energy saving state, malfunction on the storage is not caused due to deficient power on the way of processing and abnormal operation of the device is prevented.</p> |
