Black sow alcoholic cocktail based on naturally aged wheat spirits

A novel alcoholic cocktail, designated 'black sow', comprises 'Weizenkorn', prepared from wheat by a modern distillation method and fermented to 38 % alcohol content by a natural ageing process, to which 80 g ammonium chloride, 30 g sugar, 7 g glucose syrup, 20 g liquorice powder, 8.5 g cooking salt, 1 g dye (E153) and 3.5 g Turkish pepper are added (per 0.75 l 'Weizenkorn').
