<p>1,4-Dihydropyridine derivatives of general formula (I); and antagonists against carcinostatic tolerance and potentiators for carcinostatics containing the derivatives or pharmacologically acceptable salts or hydrates thereof as the active ingredient, wherein R1 is optionally substituted phenyl or heterocyclic group; R2 is C1-C5 lower alkyl; R3 is optionally substituted C2-C8 alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl or optionally substituted cycloalkyl; R4 is -A-R5; A is C2-C8 alkylene or optionally substituted C2-C8 alkenylene; and R5 is optionally substituted pyridyl, pyridylcarbonyl or piperazinyl.</p> |
